Fatimah Khanum's settlement, 1857
"Hereby, [I] Fatimah Khanum, the daughter of the deceased Aqa Ibrahim, have settled, for five tumans, whatever rights I had [in divorce] to my mahr and the household furnishing minus, Ihram clothing and a golden korsi duvet that were given for the child. The other condition is that until the child is with the mother, the money for the child's expenses, which is 3000 in the present currency, should be paid on a monthly basis. September 16, 1857."

Power of attorney given to Mulla Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, by Bibi Khanum Rubab (daughter of Haji Muhammad Isma‘il from Shiraz and the permanent wife of the late Mashhadi Muhammad Bunakdar [the wholesaler], who is currently the guardian of her underaged daughter, Khanum Sughra, for six months from the time of this contract in order to receive her and her daughter's rights from Mustafa Bunakdar. Settlement of ‘Aliyah Khanum and Sakinah Khanum, 1932
Haji Isma‘il ‘Arab had assigned one thousand five hundred tumans for each of his daughters, ‘Aliyah Khanum and Sakinah Khanum, and appointed Haji Muhammad Husayn as the executor of his will and guardian of his daughters. According to this settlement between Mir’at al-Saltanah, on behalf of ‘Aliyah Khanum and Sakinah Khanum, and Ra’is al-Vikalah and Mirza Salman from Haris, on behalf of Haji Muhammad Husayn, the two sisters should be paid an amount of two thousand five hundred tumans from the assets owned by Ahmad Aqa and ‘Ali Aqa, the sons of Haji Isma‘il.
